Just got a livejournal app for my Android phone, just sort of testing it. Sort of stinks, can only post entries, not see friends pages :/

Wow eljay, I can't remember the last time I have wrote in you twice in a month much less twice in a week.

I guess I don't even know what to say. I am having a mental battle as to whether or not I should be mad or sad, and how exactly to cope with this. Honestly I think my best bet is to ignore, but I don't want to continue doing that. Argh. Elusive enough? I should probably wait until I wrap my head around everything before I write anymore.

Hope everyone else is doing well! Sorry I am never around anymore, I promise I will pop in to comment more.

Argh, I never thought I would be this happy to leave Ohio. Proximity is making this harder, I am glad I decided not to stay for new years. Enough whining, tata!

It is a really confusing day when you can't call the person you have cried to for years because they are the one making you cry. It really is the worst kind of alone.

For my Birthday, instead of gifts, I'm asking for donations to Guiding Eyes for the Blind. It's of course entirely optional, but I figured I'd put a note about it in my journal just the same. I just wanted to write that I just did a massive cleanup of my LJ Friends' list. Kind of like Spring Cleaning, except with no mops, cleaners, and...well...okay, never mind the fact that it isn't Spring. The basic idea was to delete any journals that hadn't been updated in a long while or communities I was no longer interested in. I want to get back into LJ again, and having a smaller Friends' list should hopefully help that. If I accidentally deleted someone who wants to be added, or if anyone new would like to come aboard, now is the time to speak up. Now for those Christmas cookies in the kitchen...

A more substantial update to come soon, but I wanted to check in and say that my Christmas was very enjoyable. The time spent with family was very nice. All gifts that I gave were received well, and I got some very nice things, including a few books, CDs, a sweater, an elephant puppet and a luggage set to name a few. I'm particularly excited over the luggage set, which might be strange, but it's what is. It's a very nice set, and I really did need a new one...

I'm incredibly tired, and so should probably end this before I start rambling about nothing whatsoever at all. That, and I have no idea what else to say as it is. My brain is shutting down on me rather fast. With that, I take my leave. Take care all, and I hope all had a good holiday, whatever it is that you celebrate.

I just wanted to take a minute to come in and wish all who celebrate Merry Christmas/happy whatever holiday it is that you celebrate. I've been up since around five o'clock, and can't for the life of me get back to sleep, which is beyond annoying, but so it goes.

Later today, in the late afternoon, I'll head over to my grandparents' for our usual Christmas Eve get-together. Peperoni bread and sausage soup and Christmas cookies and family and...oh, did I mention Christmas cookies? I finally concluded all of my Christmas shopping yesterday, thankfully.
